Look at what I did, until now
Placed the face of my female customer who expected a
baby, into the 'Mona Lisa'..
Her Husband appears to be the creator of the painting
(They use to own a restaurant on Bonaire, called 'The Mona Lisa'.
See the fairytale card of Nikita. In close
coordination with her mother, who wrote a fairytale
story, perfect for the card.
Or admire the radiant beauty who did pose nearly
naked, right before her delivery
Fragility and beauty in combination with her strength
is here the courageous message.
Who is not touched by this intimate moment?
The first x-mass card of family D, had the two dog's
in a x-mass scenery
The next year, one of the dog's was sitting in Santa's
slede, in a snow storm, surrounded by x-mass gifts.
The third year, I created an ink-drawing of 'Lucky'.
He was a dog of Bonaire.
Adopted from the animal shelter, 30 minutes before he
would be put to sleep.
He was really 'lucky' and really ugly.
No really he was so ugly, it became beautiful!
In the card I made a portrait of Lucky, with x-mass
hat, sitting in a tropical landscape.
The wedding-card I made for R & T, was a challenge.
They were not only getting married, but they also sold
their restaurant and were about to emigrate to New
Zealand.
It was a wedding announcement but at the same time,
their way of informing their friends of their
departure.
I imaged them on two dolphins, on their way to other
exotic places.
